The course consists of four units:

1. Health and Safety, Security and General Law
2. Customer Service within the Property Sector
3. Regulations Relating to the Sale of Residential Property
4. Practice Relating to the Sale of Residential Property

Entry Requirements: Level 2 English and Maths

Format of Course Materials: Paper-based

Assignments: None (a self-assessed workbook is included)

Exams: Four invigilated, multiple choice exams (Funding not included – you will need to re-apply to PET for the exam fees)

Prison Support Requirements: Facilitate and invigilate exams
