This course introduces you to the structure, purpose and operation of legal systems in England and Wales. You will explore key areas such as the criminal law, tort law and human rights — developing a clear understanding of how laws are created, interpreted and applied in society. This qualification can build your legal knowledge and strengthen your skills in reasoning, argument, critical thinking and essay-writing.
